Is Aftershock a stand-alone expansion?
No, you will need the Street Masters core box to play “Aftershock”. If you do not own the Street Masters core box, you can get it by pledging for either the “Street Masters Tier” or the “Super Street Masters Combo Tier”. See the campaign page for more details on the content of these tiers.

What are Kickstarter Exclusives?
For Kickstarter Exclusive items, we’ll run only the minimal amount required to print them. Any extras, we reserve the right to sell at events, conventions, our own online store, or other Kickstarter campaigns. Keep note that exclusive items will NOT be available through retail distribution and when we run out, we won’t be reprinting them.

What size are the minis?
Our minis run about 32mm from feet to head for your average sized character. Depending on the sculpt, there are some that are much taller and a few that may run smaller. The base is about 25-28mm in diameter.

What is the Retailer Tier?
With the Retailer Tier, you’ll be getting a great bundle deal. You’ll be receiving either 6 of everything from the Street Masters Tier or 6 of everything from the Aftershock Tier (your choice; no mixing and matching), as well as 6 sets of Aftershock Stretch Goals! In addition, if you pledge for 6 of any group of add-ons, you will get the same “bundle” pledge price applied to them as well. Note, you MUST be a retailer to back the Retailer Tier and need to have proof of your online store, brick and mortar store, and/or Kiosk. For questions, please ask us.

Will you support multiple languages?
Street Masters content contains English rules and components, however we plan on offering multiple translations for download from our site www.blacklistgamesllc.com/streetmasters.
Currently, we have Portuguese and Italian translations of the components found in the Street Masters core box, soon to be followed by German, French, Spanish and Korean. It is our hope to offer translations of other Street Masters products in the same languages in the near future.

What is your refund policy?
We can refund you within 14 days of the campaign’s end, fees included. After that, we have a policy of no questions asked, though that’s minus Kickstarter and payment processing fees (which we can’t get back from them after 14 days). However, after the games completed in the factory and getting palletized to be ready to get to the boats from the factory, no refunds are possible. If a component cannot be delivered AT ALL, we refund that completely, including fees.
All refunds after the 14 days close of the campaign may be reversed via Stripe to your credit card at our discretion. Refunds within 14 days are reversed via Stripe to your credit card.
This project is being funded in USD and any refunds processed will be in USD for the exact amount received in USD, excluding any applicable fees depending on the time of the refund being processed.

How many Base Rings do I need to cover every enemy faction in the Street Masters product line?
This number will change as new enemy factions are unlocked during this Kickstarter, but at the moment here is the current amount of enemy factions in the Street Masters line:

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
