Hi Global Gladiators!
I just got back from Essen last night, but it's back to work already as Aftershock delivery is in full swing, and Hour of Need is about to launch next week on Nov. 5!
That said, here's where we're at with Aftershock reward deliveries.
OUTGOING DELIVERIES
We've seen many of you have begun receiving your rewards! We're so excited to have seen so many great unboxing photos on social media. That said, if you haven't received a shipping notice, or if your shipping label was created but still hasn't shipped, please be patient as the fulfillment centers have a lot to sort through. Some hubs have been able to get things out quickly, and some are slower. We understand you are all eager to start taking The Kingdom down, but please remember that things are moving as quickly as possible to ensure smooth deliveries and no lost packages.
STREET MASTERS TIER - MISSING AFTERSHOCK STRETCH GOALS BOX
Some of you have received a Street Masters Tier reward that is missing the Aftershock Stretch Goals box. We are currently investigating the situation, to see if all Street Masters Tier shipments were affected, or if it was only a few. Please note that if you were one of the backers affected by this, you will be taken care of. Email us at [email protected] and we will absolutely work with you to get you the Aftershock Stretch Goals box that was part of your tier.
ORIGINAL STREET MASTERS PRODUCT LINEUP - MISSING UPGRADE PACK
If you backed the Street Masters Tier, please note you were not supposed to receive an upgrade pack as all updated cards are already inside the boxes for this reprint.
Additionally, all original Street Masters products that were part of this reprint (core box, Legend of Oni, Twin Tiger, Redemption 1, Stretch Goals KS1 box, Battlecon) already have the updated cards inside their boxes.
AFTERSHOCK TIER - MISSING UPGRADE PACK
There has been mention of some Aftershock rewards missing the upgrade pack (which contains updated cards for the original Street Masters product lineup mentioned in the paragraph above). We are investigating this and will report back when we have an update; but to reiterate, the original lineup mentioned above already contains the updated cards it needs and is not missing any cards.
That said, here is a list of the updated cards found in the upgrade pack so you can know which cards were updated.
MISSING ITEMS - CUSTOMER SERVICE
Should you be missing any items, please contact [email protected]. If you already have, please do not send additional emails as that will only delay replies; our system parses emails from individual contacts using the date of their latest email.
The team was delayed significantly with Essen, but we're hopeful to get back on track shortly, answering in a more timely manner. Please note, however, that as with all periods where a Kickstarter is delivering, there has been a significant surge in emails, so a longer wait time is to be expected.
Lastly, it is imperative that you do not attempt to contact the fulfillment centers/hubs directly, as this not only delays their shipping process but can cause confusion on both their part and ours. We have specific contacts there, and their customer service department might not know some of the individual agreements/processes agreed upon. These agents will attempt to relay any questions they cannot answer back to us, which causes further confusion/delays. Again, please contact [email protected] and we'll get to your email as quickly as humanly possible.

Aftershock Has Begun Rolling Out!

Global Gladiators, time for a mini update!
AFTERSHOCK DELIVERIES
We have great news. The Citadel has confirmed that pledges have begun rolling out, and some of our agents have sent in photographic evidence as well! If you haven't yet, join the Official Blacklist Games Fan Group on Facebook so you can share photos of your own big box of Street Masters goodness upon receipt!
Now, a few individuals have reported that some items were missing from their deliveries; if you happen to be in a similar situation, we'd like to remind you that you can send an email to [email protected] and we'll make sure to do what we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
ESSEN SPIEL 19 STARTS TOMORROW
Essen Spiel 19 is one day away! Come by our booth 6C103 to say hello! We have Brook City products for sale and you can even get in on a game moderated by Micky Scott himself! You can also play Street Masters, currently sold by Asmodee (expansions available soon on our webstore)! Also, come try the latest prototype of Contra (content pending licensor approval)!

Global Gladiators, it's October! That means it's almost time to start playing with your new toys!
AFTERSHOCK FULFILLMENT
All product is at the various worldwide fulfillment hubs, waiting its turn in the queue to be sent out. We've been in daily contact with the hubs, as excited as all of you to find out when our time in the queue has come. At this point, all we can do is wait!
We've been assured that shipping should commence any time now, so hold on just a little bit longer; we're almost there!
ESSEN SPIEL 2019
Yours truly (Scottie) will be at Essen this year, representing Blacklist Games. The Sadler brothers won't be in attendance, however, because Adam is getting married!
We're sharing booth 6C103 with Kess Co (under "Kessler Corporation" in the Spielguide), so come and say hi! While you're at it, you can stick around and play a few games.
We will have product for sale, and while I still cannot confirm everything that will be available, I can state we're trying to, at a minimum, have the original Street Masters lineup of products (from the first Kickstarter) as we did at GenCon. Make sure to follow us on social media to find out when we can confirm what will be in stock.

Global Gladiators, it's time for the September update!
AFTERSHOCK CLEARS CUSTOMS
Let's start with some excellent news: over the last several days, all boats carrying Aftershock/Street Masters arrived at their destination ports! Not only that, all boxes have officially cleared customs worldwide! This is a great milestone!
Glam can't contain her excitement either!
Now, all these boxes need to make their way to hubs, where they will await their turn to be picked and packed according to manifests, and then placed in shipping queues to await the moment they can be pushed out the doors.
So, long story short: we're very much on track for our October delivery!
AFTERSHOCK - FIGHTER CARD PREVIEWS
We've heard a few requests for Fighter card previews, so why not? Here's a handful of them, but only their "charging" sides. We'll let you discover their "charged" sides yourselves, in the heat of battle! Suffice to say, some of them are completely nuts!
Aftershock preview: Leeta's going to be swimming in loot, and Ronny's going to fight her way up from underneath!
Aftershock preview: Vada's going to be playing a big game of chess, and Murphy ... well, he's just getting warmed up ...
Redemption II preview: Miss Matrix is going to mess with the game in ways unseen, and Kenshin will be slicing and dicing!
Redemption II preview: Selene is going to draw blood and unleash hell, and Tlazolteotl will be making everyone around her feel her presence!
Stretch Goals preview: Micky fights in underhanded ways, and Wicked cuts to the bone!
Stretch Goals preview: Jack does whatever it takes to get the job done, and Chan Chan ... well, don't get in her way!
ALTAR QUEST - LATE PLEDGES EXTENDED UNTIL SEPT. 29
Last month we reported that the Altar Quest late pledges were live for the month, and we're happy to announce that, by popular request, we've extended their availability until Sept. 29! Global Gladiators, time for the August update!
AFTERSHOCK ON THE BOATS
The Citadel has just informed us that our goods are now on the high seas, bound for the various shipping hubs across the world!
We're still waiting for precise boat information, but for now, know that we are on track for our previous delivery estimate of October! Now, some might take boats being at sea as a sign that delivery will be early, and while this could be true, we do wish to remind folks that the containers need to be cleared to leave the docks/customs upon arrival and then make their way to fulfillment hubs. Once at the hubs, the products can stay there for quite some time before being shipped as these fulfillment companies have many clients/projects/products to process, and sometimes the waiting queue is lengthy. So, even if boats arrive earlier than anticipated, odds are good that October will indeed be the month we start seeing deliveries sent out to backers!
FINAL REMINDER - ADDRESS CHANGES
As we mentioned in the last update, you have until Thursday, August 15th to get us any address changes required for your Street Masters/Aftershock pledges. We need to have backer information locked into the system at this stage to ensure smooth fulfillment. Please send such change requests to [email protected]
If you've already sent us an email but have yet to see the change, do not worry: there were a LOT of changes requested and so there is actually a queue for the changes to be made in BackerKit. You should see the updated address in your BackerKit pledge in the next week or two.
GENCON REPORT
GenCon 2019 was a blast, and the team had a great time meeting many of our backers and fans! The booth was constantly busy, filled with fans who wanted to complete their original Street Masters collection or lay eyes on the hotly anticipated Street Masters Compendium, which made its first public appearance at the show! Everyone adored it, drooling over its pages full of incredible art and lore! Many of them even bought a copy to take home! Of course, we can't forget the countless new Street Masters fans who discovered and purchased the game for the first time at the show!
It was incredible to see such demand for our games, and reconfirmed to us that we're on the right track and that all the effort we're putting into our titles is worth it!
